Location: Thomson Plaza
Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
Work Hours: Weekdays 9.30am - 7pm, Saturday 9.30am - 5.30pm
Job Description
- Oversee and implement recruitment and talent acquistion needs that can reach and attract ideal and potential candidates
- Streamline and improve on the end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for all candidates
- Oversee HR operational functions related to employees' data maintaining, leave administration, employee benefits administration, medical claims, work pass applications, etc.
- Oversee all forms of employee relations and talent management needs
- Ensure that all employee related processes, including onboarding and offboarding processes, training, orientation, confirmation, appraisals etc are properly executed and disseminated to the relevant parties
- Manage employee inquiries, requests, grievances etc
- Review policies and process flows and propose improvements accordingly
- Oversee the arrangement of adhoc events for the organisation
- Assist in any adhoc duties assigned by the directors
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Human Resources Management or equivalent with 3-4 years of work experience as a HR Generalist
- 1 year of work experience leading a team
- Fluent in both spoken and written English
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize
