Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and open course applications for class runs.
  • Follow up on outstanding Accounts Receivables.
  • Generate e-certificates for customized classes.
  • Support Course Administrators with follow-ups, such as providing necessary documents for courses with minimum entry requirements and sending payment reminders for "Pay Upon Offer" courses.
  • Maintain the Short Course library by updating data fields from TP Gateway
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Pre-requisites:

  • Meticulous and responsible in handling confidential documents.
  • IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word).


Working Hours:

  • Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 6pm; Friday: 8.30am – 5.30pm
  • 42 hours per week


This is a 12-week, hourly-rated temporary appointment.
