Hiring: Temporary Admin Coordinator

Location: Hybrid Work Arrangement
Salary: S$2,500 per month
Contract Duration: 2 to 3 months
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Estimated Start Date: Monday, 28 October 2024


Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event logistics and send out confirmations to candidates.
  • Dispatch invites for pre-screening assessments (PST) to candidates.
  • Help collate PST results.
  • Send out interview invitations or rejection notices based on PST outcomes.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, set up Zoom invites, and prepare interview documents.
  • Host interview Zoom rooms and manage any rescheduling.
  • Create interview folders and timeslots on ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
  • Update ATS at various stages of the recruitment process.
  • Cross-check applicants with past interview results (if any).
  • Ensure timely updates on internal trackers regarding interview status and statistics.
  • Prepare and track job offers.
  • Assist with other recruitment-related projects as needed.

Assessment: Written assessment required as part of the selection process.
