About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient administrative assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Checking of completeness of submitted documents
- Verification of eligibility of applications
- Preparation of letters and reports
- Performing other ad-hoc duties as required by supervisor
Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O'/'N'/'A' Levels/Diploma/NITEC in any discipline
- Ability to start work immediately
- Possesses good interpersonal communication skills
Estimated Salary Range: SGD $25-$30 per hour
