Location: North-East (Hougang)

Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week (Mon-Fri), Office Hours (Flexible Timing)


Remuneration Package:

  • Basic up to S$ 4000
  • S$ 200 Monthly Fixed Allowance
  • Variable Bonus
  • OT Payable Allowance

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and training to customers via phone, email, online (virtual online), or in-person, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting audio system issues
  • To manage technical issues and communicate with person in charge on all Digital Audio Workstations and licensing
  • Assist customers in configuring, installing, and troubleshooting complex audio systems for optimal performance within the project job scope upon being engaged.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including troubleshooting guides and FAQs, to assist both customers and internal teams.
  • Provide internal and external training on new products and support procedures.
  • Perform quality checks on audio equipment to ensure that project business project partners meet company standards and customer expectations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Audio Engineering, Electronics & Communications
  • Preferably at least 3 years’ of experience in Live Sound mixing
  • Ability to provide technical support in Pre & Post Sales Activities
