Corporate Affairs Executive

Resposibilities:
- Draft and prepare business proposals, agreements, and corporate documents.
- Maintain and update corporate records, contracts, and legal documents.
- Support in drafting reports, presentations, and policy documents for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and manage corporate communication materials, including company profiles, media releases, and official correspondence.
- Coordinate corporate branding initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all communications.
- Conduct research and gather insights to support new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Assist in preparing documentation for partnerships, collaborations, and grant applications.
- Monitor changes in regulations and ensure necessary updates in documentation and policies.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate meetings, industry events, and networking sessions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate affairs, business development, or administrative roles.
- Strong business writing, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to draft, review, and edit business documents with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and business documentation tools.
