Innovative technology in healthcare and insurance segement. this is new role seeking for account manager
Location – Tokyo preferred, but can be base in Singapore
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Account Manager to join our client growing team in Japan
We're looking for a fluent Japanese speaker any nationality with strong client-facing experience to manage and grow key partnerships.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about customer success, skilled in building relationships, and experienced in working with international teams.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts in Japan, fostering strong and lasting relationships.
Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams, bridging cultural and business expectations.
Lead onboarding for new partners, working closely with the Sales team to ensure a seamless transition.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the company meets agreed
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor, analyze, and report on monthly KPIs, providing strategic recommendations based on achieved results.
Act as a proactive problem-solver, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing challenges efficiently.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements & Skills:
Experience in servicing Japanese MNC , minimum 7-10 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably within tech or product companies.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with an understanding of Japanese business contract
Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Meticulous attention to detail, especially when handling data and analytics.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
