Job Description
1. Perform system updating in Bank's operating systems relating to Secured Loans.
2. Process documentation check, loan servicing activities, fee payments & collection relating to Secured Loans.
3. Prepare instructions, payment, advices & notification letters to customers/law firm
4. Perform reconciliation of General ledger accounts, transactions & documents
5. Review & update system reports on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
6. Handle filing of source reports & media and arranging for archival.
7. Handle customer / lawyer's enquiries
8. Manage adhoc project assigned by Team Manager, UAT, system enhancement etc
9. Ensure all requests are processed within specified Service standard, timely and accurately. Ensure high quality level in services delivery
10. To highlight any discrepancy / deviation to the Team Manager/ Supervisor.
11. Support the Team Manager/Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the team /department
12. Assist team Manager / supervisor by providing ideas/initiatives in improving the existing workflow and identify operational risks and implement measures to address / mitigate the risk
