Roles & Responsibilities

  • Record and monitor of claims notifications from clients.
  • Negotiate with underwriters to ensure fair and appropriate claim payment made to clients
  • Provide advice to clients regarding claims issues and status.
  • Facilitate claims settlements between underwriters and clients.
  • Check the bills submitted by clients before surveyors'/underwriters' review.

Requirements:

  • BCP, PGI and CGI Certified.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in Insurance industry.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
