2) Preparing monthly balance sheet, profit & loss statement and other reports
3) To assist in the collection of bills and prepare letters to clients for payment of outstanding invoices
4) To assist in preparation of corporate secretarial documentation thru software
5) To assist in filing/scanning/photocopying and binding of documents as instructed
6) Any other work as given from time to time
