We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant cum Admin to join our team at Securities Investors Association (Singapore). The successful candidate will provide exceptional administrative support to our President/CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Management: Arrange, manage, and coordinate the President/CEO's schedule, including internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
- Communication and Correspondence: Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails as the first point of contact for the President/CEO, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Document Management: Draft minutes of meetings, agendas, and documents, as well as maintain private and confidential files for the President/CEO.
- Travel and Logistics: Assist the President/CEO with travel arrangements, claim submissions, and other personal matters as required.
- Event Planning: Coordinate social events, such as lunches or dinners with stakeholders, as required.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including maintaining contact and email lists, and performing other duties as assigned by the President/CEO.
- Education: Minimum degree/diploma in any field, preferably communication.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in secretarial or PA support work.
- Skills: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and prioritize work. Good interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Language: Good command of English, with the ability to converse in Mandarin an advantage.
