Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager/Representative to join our team and drive

sales growth in the Indian market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing

sales strategies to promote our products and services, generate leads, and establish strong customer

relationships within the medtech industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the Indian medtech industry.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including key accounts and strategic partnerships, to drive sales growth.
  3. Manage the environment (Customers, Influencers) and establishing the related systems/procedures.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the Indian market.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support, to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
  7. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to customers, showcasing the value and benefits of our products and services.
  8. Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management, highlighting sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years experience and proven track record of success in sales, in the medical technology or healthcare industry, preferably related to B2B sales of medical device and components in the Cardiovascular interventional portfolio.
  3. Strong understanding of the Indian medtech market, including key players, trends, and regulatory environment.
  4. Proven record in sales management, channel management and key account management for managerial position.
  5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externally.
  6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.
  8. Willingness to travel within India and occasionally to Singapore for training and meetings.
  9. Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional languages or regional languages is a plus.
  10. Experience with CRM software and sales tools is preferred.
