WE ARE LOOKING FOR A Customer Retention Specialist to join our family If you enjoy working in a young and vibrant environment and is a star in customer service, you may be the one


You will be task to support the operation and administration of the business:


8am to 1pm, Front Of House:

  • Provide excellent customer service through multiple channels
  • Recommendation of our products to different segment of customers
  • Fulfilling and facilating orders
  • Attending to walk-in customers

2pm to 5pm, Office:

  • Managing online platforms
  • Weekly email blasting to members
  • Curating and executing campaigns with the team

44 hours work week, 5.5 work days


Monday: 8am to 12noon

Tuesday: Off

Wednesday: 8am to 5pm ( 1 hour break )

Thursday: 8am to 5pm ( 1 hour break )

Friday: 8am to 5pm ( 1 hour break )

Saturdays: 8am to 5pm ( 1 hour break )

Sundays: 8am to 5pm ( 1 hour break )
