This is an individual contributor role and reports directly to the Assistant Director, Digital Marketing.

What You Can Expect

As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, your primary areas of focus will include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Develop and implement the roadmap for the optimisation of HPB’s MarTech stack to enhance digital marketing capabilities, drive seamless integration between tools and platforms, and leverage data-driven insights to deliver impactful marketing outcomes.
  • Develop and implement digital content strategy for HPB’s integrated eNewsletters to grow HPB’s email marketing reach and help subscribers stay up to date with the latest from HPB and our partners. This includes content curation, design, development and deployment.
  • As HPB’s email marketing lead, lead the overall management, governance and periodic review of Email Marketing Automation tools, to drive best practices in email marketing and achieve business objectives.
  • Foster close partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, vendors and partners to ensure end-to-end project delivery.
  • Be a thought leader to analyse emerging trends in Digital Marketing and translate them into actionable plans for HPB Corporate Marketing division through organising and conducting workshops, trainings and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Be Part of the Team

Join us if you are a self-motivated individual, with a passion for digital marketing and technology. You should have at least 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally with deep expertise in email marketing and/or MarTech and a proven track record in implementing MarTech solutions. You should also enjoy working in a highly matrixed, fluid and fast-paced environment. You should also possess:

  • Relevant qualifications or experience in Digital Marketing/ Martech, Business Marketing Communications or a related field
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Excellent written communications, presentation and interpersonal skills to effectively drive collaboration across internal and external matrix teams;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, navigate complexity and perform under pressure.
