Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

  • Manage a portfolio of clients in providing corporate secretarial agent services
  • Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties efficiently
  • Assist in the incorporation of new companies, VCC, registration of branches, representative offices, and other entities, ensuring compliance with the requirements of the Companies Act 1967, VCC Act 2018 and other relevant laws and regulations
  • Handling ongoing corporate secretarial duties including but not limited to minutes and resolutions preparation and administration, boards and companies general meetings arrangement and coordination, and etc
  • Ensuring service level committed to clients including both listed and private companies are met with the professional standards
  • Assist in client acceptance and onboarding process
  • Assist in proper completion of client acceptance and ongoing risk monitoring in accordance with the regulatory requirement and guidelines provided to the industry
  • Handle the processing of work passes and business licenses application for clients
  • Proactive in supporting the firm’s digital transformation initiative
  • Undertake ad hoc assignment to be assigned from time to time

Requirement:

  • ICSA (CSIS) qualified Chartered Secretary, LLB or equivalent related qualification with more than 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Extensive and in–depth knowledge of RFA Guidelines, Singapore Companies Act 1967 and all relevant regulations and guidelines
  • Knowledge of Variable Capital Companies Act 2018, Listing Manual, Catalist Rules and Securities and Futures Act is an added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skill
  • Technically competent
  • Meticulous, organized, with excellent time and resource management skill
  • Independent, proactive, and can-do attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skill
  • Excellent teamwork
