Tasks

  • Assist HR Business Partners to provide strong HR support to businesses, including recruitment, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement
  • Implement HR Marketing and Recruitment topics, including employer branding collaterals and participation in career fairs
  • Oversee and manage the internships/traineeships process end-to-end
  • Assist HR team in any other administration support and special projects were needed


Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management, or Business, or equivalent
  • Relevant HR Operations experience in an Electronics Manufacturing environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Singapore Employment Law, relevant legislations and HR related practices would be a major plus
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Independent and able to multitask to meet deadlines, and work in cross-geography teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
