Advertising Sales Manager

1. Role Description
This position is to oversee and coordinate various aspects of advertising campaigns and strategies. Promoting the brand, products, or services of the company and drive customer engagement and sales as well as ensuring that advertising materials align with the brand identity, convey the desired message, and meet quality standards.
2. Specific Responsibilities
Individual to be involved in:
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies.
Identify appropriate media outlets and negotiate advertising placements.
Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their advertising objectives.
Oversee the development of compelling and persuasive advertising copy and content.
3. Competencies
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative advertising concepts and ideas.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and present campaign proposals to clients.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage resources efficiently.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, social media advertising, and online analytics tools.
