• Support projects for improving operations process flow


• Review tooling used for 787, A350 components


• Provide technical and improvement support to STC Plating shop processes and environment


• Provide relevant technical support to the shop floor


• Participation in lean sigma & continuous improvement initiatives, 5S program and HSE improvement initiatives.

• Good verbal communication skills, adaptable, critical thinker


• Able to comply with the HSE regulations and company policies
