Our teams work remotely worldwide — from Europe, the USA, Asia. Our headquarters are situated in Singapore.

At the moment, we're in search of an experienced Resource Manager to be in charge of resource planning and allocation, ensuring optimal utilization of company's resources, and managing employees' skills.

Your future line of work:

Fulfillment of internal resource requestsCoordination the internal hiring processCommunication with hiring managers and employeesManagement of resource planning documentation
We expect:Resource manager/HR experience no less than 2 yearsThorough understanding of HR processes (hiring, onboarding, exit, etc.)Understanding of resource management processes will be a great plusExperience within IT outsourcingSuperior organizational skills, unflagging attention to detail, and demonstrated commitment to the accuracy and completeness of the informationExcellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skillsGoogle Apps proficiency (Sheets, Docs, etc.)B1+ English We offer:
