Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and networks to attract top talent
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company
- Support HR administrative functions, including maintaining employee records, processing paperwork, and handling HR queries
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements:
