  • Process Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Assist to manage the day-to-day finance and accounting functions of the Company and its sister Companies
  • Prepare monthly journal entries for accounts closing and bank transaction.
  • Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Manage Staff Claim and Overtime claim preparation
  • In charge of Petty Cash
  • Prepare and ensure the monthly financial and analytical reports are made on a timely basis for review (financial and financial position by preparing the income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements)
  • Responsible for quarterly GST filing
  • Prepare required scheduels/report for yearly audit and tax purpose
  • Liaising with auditors and responding to any queries
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
  • Able to use XERO accounting system
  • Prepare staff salary (QUICKHR Payroll System) and CPF submission and IR8A
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties assign by management
  • Preferable has work experiences in accounting role & HR admi
