Responsibility:
The intern will be part of HR department where they will learn & acquire the fundamental of various HR Function. This role will provide support in daily HR operational duties & administration to management.
Job Description:
- Involve in recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening and interview arrangement.
- Involve in new hire onboarding process, including pre-onboarding coordination as well as offboarding clearance.
- Involve in training coordination & arrangement.
- Involve in employee engagement initiatives, including team bonding, wellness program and recognition events.
- Provide secretarial and administrative supports to the management including handling expense claims.
- Manage calendar and agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc.
- Organize meetings with multiple internal and external stakeholders and prepare and drive the entire meeting and logistical setup.
- Make travel arrangements for the function heads, including flight & hotel booking, visa, other required documents.
- Create and manage purchase orders for all executive related purchases
- Assist other ad-hoc operational administration matters.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- Able to commit to a duration of at least 3 to 6 months.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle sensitive matters/situations and have strong time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PPT.
- Previous relevant internship experience would be a bonus.

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am-5.30pm
