Role purpose:This role aims to maximize retention and develop custom strategies for growth from Strategic Key Accounts. The focus is on aligning customer needs across all functions to create customer value and enhance 'client centricity'.Additionally, the role involves increasing profitability, reducing costs, enhancing penetration, and establishing strong relationships between clients and Lloyd's Register (LR) counterparts. Acting as the Voice of the Customer within the organization to help clients meet strategic objectives and enhance mutual value.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of client businesses and markets to create tailored strategies.
  • Design client-focused strategies for sustainable growth.
  • Create solutions meeting client needs and provide value propositions.
  • Maintain close relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Establish multi-level relationships between LR and clients.
  • Implement relationship management strategies for strategic accounts.
  • Develop and communicate a Strategic Key Account plan.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Create commercial strategies for mutual growth.
  • Manage conflicts efficiently.
  • Lead a dynamic virtual Strategic Account Team.
  • Deploy effective negotiation strategies.
  • Promote LR products and services to clients.
  • Monitor client interactions and competitor activities.
  • Incorporate insights to improve key account strategies.
