Requirements

  • Achieve Personal Sales Target
  • Support the team and ensure that they can meet the team's performance KPI
  • Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling customer complaints, motivating staff morale, providing guidance & coaching to staff, etc
  • Able to train, mentor, and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
  • Provide professional consultation and advice to customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
  • Ensure good customer experience and service standard
  • Assist in the daily retail operation
  • Proven work experience as a Beauty & Wellness Salon Manager or similar role
  • Good knowledge of beauty treatments and products (e.g. for skin care)
  • Bookkeeping knowledge
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle customers' requests and complaints with grace
