We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Finance professional to join the Siemens Healthineers Zone ASEAN Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Zone ASEAN P58 (New SAP) Project Team and Service Finance Teams in Countries to ensure effective implementation of P58 (New SAP). This role reports directly to the Head of CS Finance Zone ASEAN.



Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for Customer Service Finance - OTC
  • Ensure timely execution of deliverables with agreed quality
  • Identify a contact person in each country for the respective functional area
  • Become an expert in current processes in scope in Countries
  • Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to countries on new templates for data preparation and migration
  • Represent the countries' needs during Deployment phases
  • Lead the data cleansing exercise in Countries
  • Verify data quality for migration and provide support during cutover hypercare phase
  • Support key users in countries in scope
  • Organize change impact identification during roll-out deployment phases
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and testing activities
  • Support with testing of local design during user acceptance testing
  • Assist in the creation of work Instructions/packages if needed

Tasks related to Order to Cash including Revenue Recognition

  • Plan, organize, and execute data preparation activities
  • Collect OTC requirements and prepare local migration concepts
  • Provide country support and guidance for all activities
  • Responsible for mapping activities (legacy vs target systems) and validation
  • Support RAR contract review and financial reconciliation
  • Assist in change impact assessment and preparation for official Fin Recon Meetings
  • Review and drive Fin Recon plans

Your qualifications and experiences:

  • Minimum of 5-10 years' experience in Customer Service Finance role, preferably in Healthcare Industry in ASEAN
  • Exposure to Complex data consolidation & Balance Sheet clean up in a multinational environment
  • Experience in supporting change management activities and continuous improvement projects
  • Prior experience in similar SAP integration projects within ASEAN
  • Completed ACA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent (preferred not mandatory)

Your personality and skills:

  • Sound technical accounting (IFRS) knowledge
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English; other languages are a bonus
  • Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial managers
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively
  • Working Location: Singapore
