As the Digital and Media Lead, you are responsible for the Digital and Media Strategy in the ASEAN district, from orchestrating the briefing to planning approval and performance management.

You will be the owner of communication budget and its performance and ensuring smooth consumer and shopper journey alongside all touchpoints.


You are responsible for

  • Acts as key point of contact for Regional team for Digital and Media and external Agencies
  • Lead and activate Campaigns and alwayson presence for Personal Health in the market, defining the brief with local market marketing team.
  • Lead (leading, consulting, and coaching) to achieve local online excellence and contribute to the growth of our brand preference and market share.
  • Drive online excellence for campaign activation, media planning, E-Commerce, performance media, and CRM
  • Brief and coordinate all external agencies
  • Ensure the media ecosystem and target are defined, appropriate, and in line with overall KPIs.
  • Drive analytics to support factbased decision marketing processes, ongoing optimization, and ROI modelling.
  • Leverage best practices to optimize activation marketing processes in your district.
  • Act as PIP for media within the Zone, as point of contact for Zone Media agency team and coordinator for the various Districts

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Bachelor or Masters Degree or comparable practical experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
  • Drive innovation and take calculated risks to accelerate and create new business opportunities with consumer centricity
  • Tech/digital savvy being openminded to the role of new technologies.
  • Cultivates crossfunctional and crossteams collaboration and acts as a coordinator of ecosystems.
  • Strategic Mindset with holistic approach to decisionmaking, clearly define decisionmaking process, use datadriven insights and seek inputs from diverse and inclusive sets of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, next to influencing skills and natural authority.
