We are currently working with a renowned Real Estate Property Manager to help bring in a Office Marketing Manager with an expertise in Office Leasing to add value to the organization.

Key Requirements:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase office sales business and maximize office leasing performance for the company\'s property portfolio.
  • Market and sell office properties, and ensure accurate information in preparing and executing marketing plans and collaterals.
  • Build and expand prospect networks for sales and leasing, and identify prospects or work with property agents to secure office sales and new leases.
  • Attend to sales/leasing enquiries, conduct sales presentations and site viewings, and support leasing team in meeting leasing targets and operations.
  • Proactively engage with tenants on lease renewals and liaise with external lawyers and asset managers on lease reviews.
  • Collaborate with building operations team to ensure tenant deliverables are met and establish strong landlordtenant relationships.
  • Provide clients with periodic market updates and reports, and perform other duties assigned by the reporting officer/HOD.

Key Requirements:

  • Has a CEA License
  • Degree / Diploma in Real Estate, Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Preferably has experience coming from a Real Estate Consultancy or renowned developer
