We are working with a leading real estate property developer known for its innovative projects, exceptional quality, and commitment to customer satisfaction.

With a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, they are dedicated to shaping vibrant communities and delivering value to their stakeholders and are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Corporate Marketing Manager to lead their corporate marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to promote the company\'s projects, enhance brand visibility, and drive lead generation and sales.
  • Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and marketing strategies.
  • Manage the corporate brand identity and positioning, ensuring consistency across all marketing communications, materials, and touchpoints.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer insights, market trends, and competitor activities, and use findings to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including sales, development, finance, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO/SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content creation, to enhance online visibility and engagement.
  • Manage public relations and media relations activities, including press releases, media outreach, and event sponsorships, to enhance the company\'s reputation and visibility in the market.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI to senior management.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and negotiate favorable terms with external agencies, vendors, and partners to maximize marketing impact and efficiency.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master\'s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in corporate marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, with a track record of success in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and leading a team of marketing professionals.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, market research, digital marketing, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and concepts.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem solving abilities.
  • Results oriented with a focus on driving business growth and achieving targets.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
