Job Duties:
- Handle reception, accurate appointment scheduling, and patient registration, ensuring all patient details are correctly updated in the system and patient identifiers are verified.
- Collect payments, perform cashier duties accurately, dispatch medical reports timely, and ensure end-of-day collections are tallied and documented.
- Maintain high standards of professional service, meet customer service KPIs, proactively identify customer needs, and collaborate effectively with other teams.
- Keep inventory and maintain office equipment and supplies, report any machine breakdowns or property damage.
- Stay informed on organizational products and services, attend training, support other medical centers or events as needed, and guide patients as required.
