Our client, a consulting MNC located at Central looking for Assistant HR Manager to join the dynamic team.

Responsibilities:


  1. End to end talent acquisition (job posting, candidate selection, interview arrangement and conduction, provision of job offer, pre onboarding/off boarding)
  2. Responsible for HR operations including work pass administration, insurance enrollment, monthly HR reports
  3. Plan and manage employee performance review sessions
  4. Responsible for HR system administration (Just Login, Leave & Payroll modules)
  5. Responsible for payroll processing, income tax statutory and government related claims
  6. Work closely with universities for internship program
  7. Provide HR advice and support to Singapore and Philippines office
  8. Work closely with Corporate Manager in HR strategic planning and initiatives
  9. Review HR policy and conduct market salary research for compensation and benefits program
  10. Responsible for employee training plan, HR project development and implementation
  11. Work closely with the management and employees to improve staff engagement level
  12. Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:


  1. Possess at least Degree in Human Resource Management
  2. At least 6-8 years of relevant HR work experience in MNC
  3. Excellent multi tasking and interpersonal skill
  4. Ability to work independently and takes initiative
  5. Good knowledge of Employment Act, COMPASS and HR practices
