We are looking for individuals to take part in a focus group centered around Career Profiling.

Participation in the focus group will offer you a chance to gain insights into your personality and its alignment with different career options.

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to interact with peers who share similar age ranges and educational backgrounds. Your input will contribute to the development of career guidance tools that can be beneficial to individuals making important career decisions.

If you are aged between 20 and 30 and meet the education criteria outlined below, we invite you to join our focus group to explore your personality type and identify the environments where you are most likely to thrive in terms of your career.

Requirements:

Age Range: Participants should be between 20 and 30 years old.

Education Background: Current pursuing a tertiary education in any field

Focus Group Details:

The focus group will be an engaging and interactive session comprising three main components:

Detailed Profiling Test: Participants will engage in a comprehensive profiling test designed to assess your personality traits, strengths, and preferences. This test will provide valuable insights into your character and help determine the types of work environments where you are likely to excel.

Career Choice: We will discuss your current or potential career choices. This conversation will give you the opportunity to share your aspirations, interests, and concerns related to your career path.

Behaviour Choices: The focus group will also explore behavior patterns and decision-making processes. By understanding how you approach various situations, we can gain a better understanding of how you might react to different work scenarios.
