What progress will you make?


This supportive hiring program will start in
October 2023 and you will benefit from a structured induction to help you transition successfully back into the workplace, followed by a tailored program of professional development and learning delivered over a period of 12 months.

You will enjoy the benefits of being part of a supportive cohort and will be paired with a buddy to assist with a smooth transition into life in Citi.

To be eligible to this program, you'd have met the following requirements:

  • Have been on a career break for at least 2 years
  • Have a minimum of 45 years professional work experiences before
  • Be eligible to live and work in Singapore
  • Be interested in starting the next phase of their career in financial services, in a technology role
  • Demonstrate natural curiosity and are motivated to learn new skills
  • Exhibit excellent teamwork, accountability, and communication skills

In the Technology Stream, you'll be expected to:

  • Analyze business client needs, document requirements and new technology, and derive test cases
  • Analyze information and make evaluative judgements to recommend solutions and improvements
  • Prepare reports, metrics and presentations and exchange ideas/information in a concise and logical manner between business units and IT
