Scope
We are looking for a enthusiastic person with entrepreneurial spirit who can recognise and respond to business opportunities and will be responsible for
growing our outreach and revenue from school programs through sales, marketing communications and relationship marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Sales
- You'll implement lead generation plan, manage a sales pipeline, respond to proposals guided by the team, to ensure steady revenue expansion for school programs and special projects
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and develop strong connections with key stakeholders and partners.
- Identify and respond to sponsorship and grant opportunities. Monitor and report on revenue and engagement targets including social impact assessments.
- Actively participate in initiatives to achieve team's revenue targets
- Drive marketing plans for lead generation, brand building and partner engagement
Marketing Communications and Social Media:
With your creative ability, you'll be working with the team make effective marketing plans. From engaging social media posts to catchy newsletters and making websites relevant to attract the attention of target audience; you'll be the best storyteller
Other Activities
- Participating in educational programs and executing special projects as necessary
- Collaborating with Senior Management to prepare workshop materials and marketing collaterals
- Maintaining database and reports in relevant areas.
Preferred Requirements & Experience

Strong entrepreneurial mindset and spirit: creative, resourceful and willing to go above and beyond to achieve revenue goals
- Strong motivation and ambition to achieve revenue with proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Diploma holder in Business Management, Marketing or Mass Communications with at least 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development or Marketing Services
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, and prioritise work based on its importance and returns.
- Open and creative mind who sees many possibilities and a natural problemsolver
- Experience and knowledge in social media marketing will be essential and experience in UI/UX will be preferred.
- You can bring stories alive with design software such as Canva and Photoshop/ illustrator. You are a natural storyteller and do your magic on social media
- Source for and manage relevant grants and sponsorships for special projects
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Some experience in market research and analysis, with particular emphasis on opportunity identification.
- You are selfdriven and work independently; and you are also a team player
Working terms
This is a full time / part time (minimum 30 hours) role and you may start as early as Jan / Feb 2023.
