Responsibilities:

Marketing and Business Development:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify prospects within APAC
  • Assist in the development of reports and presentations based on research findings and pitches to prospects
  • Client followup
  • Update of leads' progress in SalesForce
  • Be involved and assist in marketing events

Administrative Tasks:

  • Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed
  • Assist in maintaining organized files and documentation
  • Respond and follow up on client requests
  • Perform other tasks, including but not limited to: preparing correspondence and other communications, file organization, research, archiving, expense reports

Qualifications:

  • Fresh grad with a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, or Wealth Management
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and some Mandarin
  • Detailoriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
