What we aim to achieve together:

The Manager, Service Management will oversee the day-to-day support of major Cloud projects, ensuring they meet Client's needs and service level agreements.

Responsibilities include leading and mentoring a team focusing on System and Network Infrastructure for a key NCS client:

  • Service Management
  • Configuration Management
  • Incident Management
  • IT Security Management
  • IT Security Compliance & QA Management

Service Management

  • Monitor and report on SLA/KPI of relevant systems to the client
  • Collaborate with clients for project delivery and maintenance support
  • Keep clients informed on operational issues and compliance matters
  • Provide regular updates on system health, risk status, and project progress
  • Engage in various management update meetings
  • Review reports from project teams
  • Support project teams during audits and recovery exercises
  • Propose initiatives for IT governance enhancement and process efficiency
  • Develop management plans and reports for the Client annually

A bit about you:

  • Proficient in ITSM – Information Technology Service Management, ServiceNow, Capacity Planning, Change Management, IT Asset Management
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient in English

Additional requirements:

  • Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 6-8 years of experience in IT project management, Service delivery, or Incident management
  • Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies and ITIL certification
