Key Responsibilities/ Tasks
- Participate in daily stock-take
- Attending to customer's sales inquiries on online platforms
- Performs follow-up calls to customers as required to resolve an outstanding query.
- Form positive relationships and build rapport with existing and potential clients to increase business opportunities
- Generate sales invoice
- Tagging and tracking for incoming and outgoing stock
- Any other miscellaneous duties that may be assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills
- Attention to detail, well-organised, and able to prioritise multiple tasks
