Roles & Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY

The Sales Operations Support reports to the ASIA Sales Operations Manager; He/she ensures strong processes, quality, and execution for the Country Operations Processes.

He/she ensures efficient handling of our Lead to Order processes of the Country he/ she works for.

The operating mechanism includes organizing effective Channel Operations processes in the Country, leveraging the channel operations processes and tools developed for the Region.

Through providing key user support in his Operations team for major systems, he/she works in close relationship with ASIA Operations Manager and the ASIA Sales and Service System support team and supports improved sales process and sales tool adoption in the country.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Channel Operations

· Provide reports on a timely (monthly/quarterly/yearly) basis for evaluation of channel performance.

· Initiate & Track Partnership Plan & Quarterly Business Review Process.

· Support Channel performance/ promotion schemes and ensure proper communication.

· Be the subject matter expert for channel sales process from partner engagement to revenue for Asia.

· Support channel on boarding process.

Contract management

· Support contract documentation project for the country.

Lead to Order Process / General Admin support

· Cooperation with Country Sales Organization.

· Pricing administration.

· Assist in sales system rollout and maintenance. Sales systems include, but not limited to, sales CRM tools, Quoting tools, etc.

· CRM/SAP data maintenance (master data, account creation, Eshop...)

Forecast Accuracy

· Cooperate with the Business Development Managers and Channel to improve country Cadence and Forecasting processes.

· Operate the monthly forecast mechanism with the support of the others department.

· Interface with supply chain and Service team.

· Improve linearity in Operations and support Region effort to increase forecast accuracy on quarterly and monthly basis.

· Own Forecast Accuracy Measurement, deviation analysis and corrective action plans.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Min. Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.

· 1-2 years of working experience in operations or related field.

· Knowledge of Sales or Service Operations Processes preferred.

· Proficient in Microsoft Excel and excellent IT skills required.

· Experience in SAP, BMI, C4C would be a plus.

· Understanding of Field Sales and Service processes preferred.

· Problem solver and capability to pro-actively lead corrective actions rigorously, results oriented.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong written and oral communication skills in English required.

· Positive working attitude and good team player.

· Flexibility – ability to cope with rapid changes and working towards tight deadlines.

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
