Job Description
Our Quality Assurance group ensures every material in our products is handled with utmost care and conforms to our high standards of quality. We work closely with our manufacturing facilities and suppliers worldwide to maintain a reliable supply chain that meets all regulatory requirements.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills. Responsibilities include overseeing complex project assessments and providing valuable input to the Strategy PMO Leadership Team to drive optimal decisions for the Quality portfolio.
Key Responsibilities, some of which are:
Business Case Development
- Understanding complex business case requirements for assigned changes.
- Continuously evaluating key business elements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with evolving business environments.
Project/Portfolio Management
- Adhering to PMO Standard Work guidelines
- Creating detailed project plans using standard tools, coordinating cross-functional teams, and managing multiple high-complexity projects simultaneously
- Leading strategic projects end-to-end to deliver value on time, within budget, and scope
- Resolving project conflicts, ensuring transparency, and alignment
- Managing scope, schedule, and costs for project success
Strategic Management/Transitioning
- Partnering with leadership to translate organizational strategy into actionable projects
- Defining project requirements and transition plans
- Focusing on a people-centric strategy for organizational impact
Risk Management
- Proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Participating in Integrated Risk Management processes
- Addressing issues and conflicts swiftly
- Encouraging innovation for risk mitigation
Financials and Budget Management
- Leading financial forecast reviews
- Representing PMO in global financial meetings
- Ensuring budget compliance and delivery
Communication
- Facilitating inter-project communication
- Promoting consistency and best practices
- Serving as a central liaison among stakeholders
- Influencing alignment and collaboration
What are we looking for?
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Life Science
- Project Management Certification
- 7-15 years of Project Management experience in pharmaceuticals
- Track record of managing complex programs successfully
Leadership & Skills Required:

- Ability to influence horizontally and vertically
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Regulatory expertise and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
