IT PMO Coordinator
Main Responsibilities
- Manage Purchase Order creations for all IT services and IT purchases for all entities in the APAC region
- Monitor Goods Receipts: Work with IT managers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, goods received match the purchase orders, and meet quality standards
- Monitor Payments: Ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices from vendors. Work with IT managers and the accounts payable team to resolve any issues and ensure that all payments are made in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Help develop and maintain procurement policies and procedures that comply with company guidelines and best practices. Ensure that all procurement activities are documented and comply with relevant regulations.
- Administrative tasks of the APAC IT department, including monthly expense administration for the IT director, and team activity planning.
- Assist in organizing regional meetings and workshops, new hire onboarding meetings, as well as support the scheduling and logistics for visitors to the regional office.
Who do we look for?
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration or Information Technology
- 25 years of experience in IT procurement and purchasing, project management, or PMO support, preferably in the technology industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP procurement processes and procedures
- Knowledge of project management software, such as JIRA
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and a matrixed organization
