Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· The Bank is seeking a highly motivated candidate for the position of IT PMO within Information Technology Department under Systems Office for Asia.

· The successful candidate will be part of a growing dynamic team that is in-charge of the data warehousing and local regulatory reporting systems. These are crucial systems to ensure business users will be able to meet the reporting requirements by the regulator.

· You will be expected to play an important role in ensuring good quality, timely delivery of the system solutions with primary assignment of planning, organizing and implementing the team’s technical projects.

· Work with cross functional teams to support the business requirements gathering phase and support the analysis and definition of the integration requirements between modules and interfaces with other systems.

· Perform requirement traceability, identify out of scope requirements and escalate scope creep; review, identify and resolve conflicting, incomplete and inaccurate requirements.

· Work with the business analysts to review and evaluate IA (Impact Analysis), functional, technical design and specification from business and technical point of view.

· Project status reporting with risk/issue mitigation strategy.

· Manage and resolve issues happened from business requirement or systems solutions.

· Present projects' progress and results

· Maintains the organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

· Organize as required projects meetings, follow-up and minutes taking, newsletter, and other administrative tasks

· Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management with key stakeholders both within the Bank and externally

· Assisting Project Lead/Manager for other ad-hoc tasks

· Adhere to all company policies as well as guidelines

Job Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology, or equivalent experience

· Experience in Transaction Banking (Cash/Payment) domain (e.g. CMS, Cross-border payment, Local payment in Indonesia, Philippine, Vietnam, Thailand etc.)

· PMP or Project Management Certifications is a plus

· Strong problem-solving skills

· Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams

· Good inter-personnel and communication skills across a wide range of people

· Self-motivated and possess drivees, and ability to work independently and a good team player

· Experienced in working with different teams on medium to complex regional channel systems or payment systems will be an advantage.

· At least 5- 10 years of experience
