For this role, you will work with a team of Project Managers and Project Coordinators, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office (PMO) such as project governance and tracking of milestones and completeness of documentation
- Maintain and provide guidance on project governance standards and guidelines
- Drive deliverable management and gate closures across program
- Support finance and procurement in invoicing and procurement
- Support project reporting in meeting coordination and preparation and minute taking
- Drive vendor and internal delivery teams to adhere to project governance standards
- Schedule regular meetings and record action items and decisions (e.g. assigned tasks and next steps)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process invoice
- Support daily PMO task and activities
- Prepare management reports
- Facilitate meetings and prepare notes of meeting
- Support yearly budgeting and workplan exercise
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Degree holder with 2 to 4 years of relevant working experience
- Good in MS Excel skills and handling of numbers
- Hands on and creative problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools, Sharepoint and MS Teams
- Experience in meeting facilitation and prepare notes of meetings
- Effective information gathering and prepare management reports
Requirements / Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Experience in project administration support function and calendar management.
- Meticulous in planning, strong coordination skills, good communication (written and spoken) and following thru with actions and escalation.
