The Client Service Lead (CSL) plays a vital role in boosting sales by collaborating closely with key clients to deliver high-quality results within the set deadlines. In essence, the CSL focuses on three main objectives:

  • Partnering and co-creating with clients through a consultative approach
  • Driving sales
  • Ensuring quality delivery

An essential aspect of this role is the CSL's capacity to engage with the client's C-suite to tackle business challenges, assist in digital transformation strategies, and capitalize on business prospects using technology. Achieving these goals demands strong consulting skills from the CSL.

As the primary point of contact for designated key client accounts, the CSL is tasked with establishing trusted business relationships. Serving as a consultant, the individual needs to possess specialized knowledge of the client's industry to develop tailored value propositions. This involves expertise in areas such as Digital Organization Design, Digital Strategy and Planning, and Business Case Development. The CSL's dual role entails aiding key clients in achieving business growth while driving profitability for NCS, thus contributing significantly to the company's success.

Leading a client account team consisting of a Delivery Lead and a Sales Lead, the CSL receives support from a consulting team and specialized staff in digital products and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing profitable key client accounts
  • Developing and implementing growth plans for key client accounts
  • Acting as a client consultant to ensure high satisfaction levels through in-depth understanding and engagement
  • Cultivating strong client relationships
  • Contributing thought leadership annually to enhance NCS's market position
  • Collaborating with clients on ideation leading to new opportunities

Requirements:

  • University Graduate with a Technical/Engineering Degree preferred
  • 15+ years in IT or ICT Consulting leadership
  • Experience as a Consulting practitioner
  • Proficiency in ISO55001
  • Ability to architect value
  • Strong sales acumen
  • Effective Communication skills
  • Experience in managing large, diverse teams
  • Proficiency in applying social styles techniques for stakeholder management
