Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand a high-performing team of up to 7 enterprise reps across the Asia Pacific and Japan region
  • Manage quarterly sales forecasting and pipeline reviews for the team
  • Coach team members on sales strategies, pipeline and opportunity management, and career development
  • Provide training on sales processes and collaborate with internal teams
  • Handle multiple relationships internally for large enterprise engagements
  • Manage and escalate challenging contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in leading successful teams
  • Sales management experience, especially in Asia and Australia
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University
  • 5+ years of successful sales management experience
  • Experience in B2B sales with complex products and processes
  • Ability to travel
  • Proficiency in system compliance and metrics
  • Exceeding quarterly team quotas through skill development and team management
  • Experience in complex contract negotiations and sales processes
  • Familiarity with MEDDICCC sales processes and selling to marketers
