Job Title: People Advisor, APJ Region

We are seeking a highly skilled People Advisor to join our APJ region team. As a key member of our regional People, Culture & Sustainability department, you will be responsible for providing HR partnership and advisory services to support the growth and development of our business in the APJ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR support and guidance to APJ leadership team on regional labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development in the APJ region.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams to implement global initiatives in the region.
  • Manage local labor law processes and negotiations.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
  • Implement and update local HR/office policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate local work environment processes.
  • Review and mitigate strategic, reputational, operational, or compliance-related risks.
  • Manage payroll processes and other HR administrative requirements for APJ region.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience of 2-4 years as an HR specialist or HR Business Partner.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Profound knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia and Australia's employment law and awareness of regulatory changes and developments.
  • Being proactive, responsive, collaborative and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to excel in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably BambooHR.
  • Exposure to international business environments (e.g., MNCs) is a plus.
