Job DescriptionAs the team member reporting to the Director of Regional Partner Enablement Strategy, you will bring your creativity and agility to support and enhance strategic partner talent growth plans. These plans align with partners' go-to-market strategies and aim to meet the skills growth targets of the partner organization.
In this role, you will manage key partner stakeholders and serve as the connection to the entities and functional leaders involved in the talent plans. Your responsibilities include collaborating closely with ServiceNow stakeholders to understand the partners' business direction and the talent needed to support it. You will assist in developing and executing regional partner plans using offerings and services from the PE Services Hub. Ensuring the successful execution of the talent plan to meet and potentially exceed partner growth objectives is a key aspect of your role.

Responsibilities:
Regional Talent Plan Collaboration and Design:
- Lead the plan lifecycle and ensure successful implementation
- Engage proactively with internal stakeholders, strategic partner representatives, partner sales management, and partner program teams to develop effective training and enablement plans for target partners
Value Proposition Advocacy:
- Promote and support ServiceNow's value proposition to empower partners in establishing fruitful partnerships
Needs Assessments:
- Conduct assessments to understand partners' desired business outcomes and align them with ServiceNow's strategy
Capacity and Talent Planning:
- Create and execute plans to ensure partners are well-prepared for building, sales, pre-sales, and delivery capacity
Expertise Development:
- Become proficient in the ServiceNow Training catalog and product portfolio to offer tailored recommendations based on partner needs
Relationship Management:
- Ensure alignment between ServiceNow and partner growth strategies, collaborating with the Partner Programs team to track partner enablement strategy
- Collaborate with global strategists to support global partners' talent strategies
Innovative Scaling Methods:
- Devise creative methods to help partners scale their resources and make offerings replicable across the ServiceNow partner ecosystem
- Identify knowledge and process gaps, and work with internal and external leadership to address training needs
- Utilize the Partner Enablement Services Hub to oversee regional activities
Metrics Design and Data Analysis:
- Utilize central data and reporting to provide insights on partner talent and implement learnings effectively

- Effective time management skills for handling multiple projects efficiently
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment
- Diplomacy, integrity, and strong presence within a complex organization
- Positive attitude and understanding of partner, stakeholder, and sales motivations
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3+ years' experience in training and enablement within IT or software industry
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
- Preference for SaaS industry experience
- Background in Partner or Channel enablement or training
- Aptitude in reading and utilizing reports
- Skilled in driving innovative process improvements and project management
