The Opportunity:

  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm.
  • Up to $2,900 - AWS + VB

The Role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the office, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
  • Greet walk-in guests warmly, offering a positive first impression of the organization.
  • Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared for meetings
  • Manage and coordinate courier services
  • Maintain optimal levels of stationery and pantry supplies

The Talent

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • At least O levels and above qualification or equivalent from recognized institutions
