The Opportunity:
- Permanent role
- Work location: Kaki Bukit
- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 830am - 530pm.
- Up to $2,900 - AWS + VB

We invite you to join the team as the front face of the office, where you'll play a crucial role in welcoming clients and guests. Reporting directly to the HR Director, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.
The Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the office, ensuring a professional and friendly reception.
- Handle incoming phone calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance.
- Greet walk-in guests warmly, offering a positive first impression of the organization.
- Ensure meeting rooms are well-prepared for meetings
- Manage and coordinate courier services
- Maintain optimal levels of stationery and pantry supplies
The Talent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as a receptionist
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- At least O levels and above qualification or equivalent from recognized institutions
