Call Centre Admin ( office hour / 5.5days work week / up to $2500 )
Responsibilities:
- Attending to phonecall and email, primiarily to referral cases, but may also include other general enqueries.
- Follow-up promptly with pending/outstanding cases.
- Provide accurate and timely information.
- Work closely with our inter-department and manage appointment bookings through phone and emails.
- Preparation of documents and reports.
- Performing administrative duties and any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
- Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge on medical insurance will be highly advantageous.
- Ability to multi-task; a self-starter to learn new things/ skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications or similar, such as google sheets.
- Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry will be advantageous.
