Call Centre Admin ( office hour / 5.5days work week / up to $2500 )

Responsibilities:

  • Attending to phonecall and email, primiarily to referral cases, but may also include other general enqueries.
  • Follow-up promptly with pending/outstanding cases.
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Work closely with our inter-department and manage appointment bookings through phone and emails.
  • Preparation of documents and reports.
  • Performing administrative duties and any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge on medical insurance will be highly advantageous.
  • Ability to multi-task; a self-starter to learn new things/ skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications or similar, such as google sheets.
  • Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry will be advantageous.
