3 Months Paid Training provided - Attractive Salary package with Allowance upon successful completion

Work Location: Changi or Jurong East (Training at Changi only)

Work Type: Shift Hours after Training period (Training will be office hours)

  • Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment?

Job Responsibilities

  1. To consistently meet the Customer Centre targets set (KPIs) without compromising quality of service delivery
  2. To ensure accuracy and compliant for all customers' requests
  3. To successfully cross-buy the Bank's products and services
  4. To adhere to professional standards of behavior & conduct in dealing with customers & fellow CSOs.
  5. Flexibility in work deployment when business needs arise
  6. Support and protect Brand by creating positive discussions in the social media community and to ensure message consistency across the different online platforms
