Call Centre

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls
  • Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
  • Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
  • Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess Call Centre experience
  • Good communications and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented and a good team player
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
  • Able to work on weekends

Other Information:

  • Working Hour: Office Hour / 5 Days including weekends (Will have some weekends off)
  • Location: Town
  • Salary: Up to $3100/mth + OT + AWS + VB
