What this job involves:
The Business Operations Specialist provides \xe2\x80\x9cLevel 1\xe2\x80\x9d technical support for the client organization\'s internal applications. Research and resolve end user IT application service requests and incidents within defined service levels, ensuring escalations are handled appropriately. Improve quality of solutions delivered, in order to reduce customer demand for user support services. Implement service and process improvements. Maintain customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain relationships with internal clients globally. Coordinate with internal and outsourced service management functions on service issues and problem management. Efficiently communicate challenges and successes to management Sound like you? Before you apply it\xe2\x80\x99s worth knowing what we are looking for: Associates Degree or 2+ years of relevant experience Experience implementing, supporting or using enterprise CAFM/CMMS/IWMS applications is a plus Experience using help desk service management applications Experience using or supporting CAD systems Familiarity with basic accounting, SQL, and relational and object-oriented databases is a plus IBM TRIRIGA Certified Application Developer or other IBM TRIRIGA Certifications is a plus
